A successful Club Officers Learning Seminar (COLS) was held on June 14, 2025, at Banepa Municipality, Kavrepalanchok, bringing together club officers from across the region to enhance their leadership and service capabilities.
The seminar was jointly organized by six Rotary clubs: Rotary Club of Dhulikhel-Nepal, @Rotary Club of Kavre Banepa, Rotary Club of Panauti, @Rotary Club of Kavre Valley, Rotary E-Club of Namobuddha, Roatary Club of Madhyapur, Rotary Club of Sankhu, Rotary Club of Salleri, Rotary Club of Naxal Shakti
The program was coordinated by Rtn. Hira Sharma Nepal and facilitated by District Learning Facilitating Team Co-Chair Rtn. Rama kandel and Rtn. Kabita Manandhar.
The coordination team was led by Assistant Governors (AGs):

• Rtn. Ram Pyari Basnet Bajracharya
• Rtn. Situ Sainju
The team led the training sessions with their vast experience and deep understanding of Rotary’s mission and structure. With the Rotary theme “Unite for Good”, the seminar focused on empowering club officers with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration needed to lead their clubs effectively in the coming Rotary year. Sessions included roles and responsibilities of club officers, Rotary International goals, project planning, and effective community engagement.
Participants appreciated the interactive sessions, teamwork, and the opportunity to network with fellow Rotarians. The event reinforced Rotary’s commitment to building stronger leadership at the club level and promoting service above self across Nepal.
